Can you confirm what are the roles within the BCM module? For e.g. a Risk Module has Risk Admin, Risk Manager etc?

I really don't know what you mean by the BCM module. I know we have been talking about adding that type of functionality, but I didn't know we had anything available.
However, if you know the name of the scoped application - you can use that to find the roles. Here are the steps:
- In the app nav filter type "sys_metadata.list" - without the quotes.
- This will provide a list of all the components installed on your instance. Roles are one of those components.
- This list is huge. Filter it for the scope application you are asking about.
- Use the filter Application | is | Z, where Z is the name of the scoped application.
- Then filter that list for Class | is | Role.
This will show all roles that were installed with the specific scoped application you have used in your filter.

Thanks Nicole, Will you be able to share any documentation associated with it. Also can you clarify the last line "excluding elements that are synced from SN data".
Also the roles, user and approver seem interchanged or are they correct?
Regards,
Saday
