Hello, need help. I am not able to locate from where the 'Rationale for risk response' section is coming from (Risk workspace-Risk assessment-Risk response stage). I checked all the scripts in the UI builder, but couldn't locate it. For a client deliverable, I need to locate 'Rationale for risk response', and make it mandatory when residual risk is high, but I couldn't find it anywhere.
