We are working with a client who is using multiple ServiceNow instances for IRM (one instance for the US and the other for Europe)
I was looking for use cases for multiple instances of IRM in different geographical areas. How can these two instances work together?
Thanks

Hi @rajeeshraj ,
You will need to make a decision first whether to use a domain separated instance or just completely different instances to maintain the less customised instances. whether it's for IRM or any other module. you will need to understand the neccessity of maintaining.
You can read through the articles, where it's explained beautifully and then you can go ahead with your approach :

Thanks
The client is not separating domains but using separate ServiceNow instances for each geo-location, one for the US and one for Europe. Their IRM processes are different in both geo-locations.

Hi @rajeeshraj ,
Then it would be difficult to maintain two different instances having IRM implementation, as you will need to implement and maintain each of them separately. You will also need to set a different governance teams to maintain it.
