Configuration Item in Policy Exception

Hi, 

On policy exception form, there is a field to select Configuration Item. What relevance this field have in lifecycle of policy exception?

For Multiple CIs, I would suggest using the OOTB functionality and use the Control Objective as the Source.  Then, in Review state, you can add the Impacted Controls which would then be the specific controls (and entities).  This then ties back to the Entity and Control records under related lists.
