Hi,
I have the following situation. I have a control with multiple (2) attestation respondents. We did this so that only one person in a team needs to respond. Do both respondents need to complete the attestation in order to move the control state from Attest to Review. Or can only one complete the attestation?
I thought only 1 was required but in my test environment I need both respondents to complete the attestation. Is this just a config setting that needs changing?
Thanks
Carlos

Hi @carlosgaspa ,
As per design both the Respondents need to complete the attestation to move the control to next stage which is "review".

Hi @carlosgaspa ,
You can track the attestations in the Control itself, below is an example where i have 2 respondents , one has taken up the attestation and another user has not, you can find the records under "Classic Attestation":
If someone is on leave, unfortunately for this use case, Control attestation cannot be delegated , you need to again add the user on the attestation respondent field by unlocking , then you have to "return to draft" and finally re-trigger attestation.
This will involve lot of manual activities.

Thanks Sandeep,
In that case, I will update my controls to have only one attestation respondent. However, what happens if the attestation respondent is not available (for example on annual leave ). How do I locate the attestation task to view and re-assign it? (FYI - I have the role sn_grc.admin).
Thanks.
