CSM Case summarization and transalation using Now Assist

Hi All,

I am checking the feasability from other laguage cases to summarize and transulate to English.

CSM Case should be summarize which is in like Spanish, Portuguese and transulate to English, what will be the possible options to achive the requirement?

I believe it will require knowing more details..

Are the corresponding localisation (for ES and PT) plugins enabled?

If yes, shall it be summarised in the language that matches the user's preferences?
I haven't checked myself but I believe that shall be possible and what might me a challenge is a user with selected language Portuguese wanted to have summarisation in Spanish and vice versa.

Could you possibly share more details?

Requried the solution from the starting , we are enabling Gen AI for the first time.. you can give us the step by step guidence to configure or presentation to show case to client..Thanks in advance you..

nobody can give you step by step guidance for a custom scenario... that's your job ;))

This community is to support you when you get stuck. And for that it's necessary to know what you configured, what happened or not happened, what error or behaviour you encountered, anything.
