Customizing ServiceNow

Can I customize ServiceNow for my product needs?

I plan to hire full stack devs for this issue following this guide. Will I succeed? Have anybody had such an experience?

Yes, you can customize ServiceNow as per your product need. But I would also like to mention that you cannot fully customize ServiceNow as per your need. As there are already standard process defined in ServiceNow for example Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request etc so you will be able to customize this process as per your need.

Also regarding the full stack developer I would say you don't really need the full stack developer but you will need ServiceNow Developer or ServiceNow expert who have very good experience in ServiceNow Implementation. Full stack developer is mostly required when you are developing an application, but over here if you are using ServiceNow and need to do some customization in process or functionalities then you will need ServiceNow Developer rather than full stack developer.
