Edit text in Overview page in Audit Workspace

 Hi All,

How can I change this text in audit workspace? I'm struggling to change the text from Engagement to Audit. When I click on the number '1', it takes me to the list view, but I am unable to change the verbiage. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
