Error Message: A risk with the same Entity and Risk Statement already exists

Hello,

I am not able to create multiple risk records with same field values. these are the two fields (Entity, Risk Statements)

Hi,

OOB does not supports creation of duplicate entries.

Please make them FALSE, in order to create duplicate entries. But it is not a good practice to enable multiple record creation which makes you difficult when you do RAM (Risk Assesment methodolgy) or RISK Scoping.

In Advanced Risk Management, we ensure these do not occur multiple times.
