Error while trying to export responses from assessments

We have an issue in just our test environment (dev and production are fine) with exporting responses from a third-party risk assessment. When the user clicks on the Export responses button, the error "XLSX is not defined" appears. Comparing the properties of test and dev, everything appears to be the same.

@bellr Please compare the UI Action code on dev and test and see if you find any differences in the code.
