Hello!
Does anyone know of examples where a ServiceNow customer has successfully implemented Risk Management following the FAIR methodology?
I know there is a RiskLens integration available to bring in additional risk data, but it seems to be supplemental risk data versus anything process/methodology related.

Hi Chris,
This is something that can be modelled in Advanced Risk Assessment. In the product demo data there is an assessment methodology called "Application Risk Assessment" which exactly models the above hierarchy of the factor responses. Here is a screenshot of how it appears on ARA form:
