In GRC we're trying to create HTML article templates for policies, but have not been able to find any documentation on how to reference the policy fields or perform queries within the HTML template so the article that is generated contains the necessary information about the policy and it's related records (Policy Statements, etc.).
Anyone know how to do this in a HTML template?
Thanks,
David Bernard

Hi David,
First question is who will be the target audience? I ask this as for any policy, you have an incoming and an outgoing template as it were.
Incoming is the XML Template:
You can see that inside the XML is the ability to run scripts to gather information as per your requirement.
Outgoing is the KB Article that gets automatically created when the policy is published hence the question.
Is the issue that you want to insert variable dynamically in the Policy page about the hierarchy? or the KBA?
Again, who is the target audience and what do they want to do with it please?
Thanks
Richard
