We have risk assessments generated from ServiceNow to our leadership team. However, each entity has 10 different risks which needs to be filled out individually. Is there a way to combine the assessments for specific entity into one single form so it is easier for assessor to complete in one spot.

For each entity, you may construct a single, consolidated form in ServiceNow to expedite risk assessments. This entails creating a form that includes each of the ten risks, maybe using a connected list or a set of dynamic, multi-row variables. Assessors may now enter data for every risk in one location thanks to this. You could also use the ServiceNow Workflow to make sure assessors are guided through the process and that the required data is efficiently captured. Working with a ServiceNow developer or administrator can help ensure that the form is implemented according to your organization's unique requirements.

Risks are automatically created when associated with an entity type. The assessments are generated at the risk level. The risk score is rolled up for the entity and also shows breakdown per risk. So am assuming we still need individual assessment records created for each assessment. I just want to simply the process and allow the assessor to complete all assessments for a specific entity/vendor in one single form? Is that possible?
