I'm new to learn IRM module in GRC.

Any one have any course notes or learning path and any referral videos can you please share with me or suggest me.

This is the path for the 2 base-applications in IRM, Risk Management and Policy and Compliance.

Additionally: GRC is not a pure technical topic, so maybe you should try to get an understanding of the regulations and frameworks (like ISO 27001, NIST) that you might get confronted with.
Experience shows, that people that dont understand the customer demand in GRC build fancy customisations, that are breaking logic, just because they did not know better.

And use the power community before customizing.

As far I know there are very low resources from which we can actually learn practical implementation of the GRC module.

I will share the base resources from where you can start and get basic understanding of processes :

Start with Fundamentals : Governance, Risk, Compliance, and how IRM fits in. Understand entity framework and risk lifecycle.

Hands-On Practice : Use a personal developer instance of ServiceNow. Configure risk frameworks, create risk statements, and run assessments.

Advance to Continuous Monitoring : Learn how to set up Key Risk Indicators (KRIs). Explore dashboards and reporting for executive visibility.
