Hi,
Our customer is implementing Policy and Compliance Management and has a use case for grouping control attestations in the workspace in order to complete them in bulk. We followed the article “Grouping assessments for control attestations”, however, in the Compliance Workspace the Combine UI action is not visible, even though the user has the role sn_compliance_ws.corporate_compliance_analyst.
Steps to reproduce:
A user with the required role navigates to:
Compliance Workspace → Tasks → My Pending Tasks → Control Attestations
When selecting multiple assessment instances (ASMT) to combine, the Combine UI action is not available.
Could you please advise how to identify the conditions that control the visibility of this UI action?
Also, is there any recommended way to perform grouping of control attestations in the Compliance Workspace?
Thank you.

Hi
Does your customer use classic or smart assessments?
There is a difference how to group those between the two assessment types.
The article you mentioned is probably the one in the documentation, "Combine" shows that it is an article for Smart Attestations.
and "accepted solutions"This motivates others to take part, post solutions and find answers. Thanks! - Mat

Yes, but still do not work. In another article I have read that role sn_compliance_ws.corporate_compliance_analyst is required as well. However My test user have both.
