Hide some information on workspace

Hi all,
We have a business need to hide some information in the workspace.
When we open a Risk Event, we want to hide the "Overview" section and other information (see Attachment).
Is it possible to do this without creating a new "variant"?
What is the impact of creating a new variant?

Thank you Sandeep for your proposition:
I opened this record and remove the value of "Screen Collection" filed but I still see the Overview section on Worlkspace.
Value is removed
But the Overview still there

Unfortunately does'nt work.
I tried also to deactivate the UX Screen record as follow, but still not work.
