How can I create a multiple choice quiz question that allows users to tick all correct answers?

As required by our 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) accreditation, I am trying to create an Information Security Awareness quiz to test staff knowledge of our ISMS system.  I am using the quiz functionality of assessments.  I would like to setup a multi choice question with more than one correct answer.  The users should be able to select all correct answers.  

I know from the following YouTube video that this is possible but am unable to find how to set it up.  (See image below.)

I used a 'Choice' datatype with 2 correct and 2 incorrect answers, but when i preview the quiz I can only select one choice.

Can anyone help with this?

Only the Choice and Template controls support multiple correct answers.

CHOICE does allow multiple correct answers but does not allow the person completing the quiz to select multiple correct answers (as per the example in the video).

The same applies to TEMPLATES.  You can nominate multiple correct answers but the the person completing the quiz can only select one answer.

Elaine, I also have this requirement. Did you ever find a way to allow user to select multiple answers?

No i didn't. ServiceNow said they would look into it but i have never heard anything back from them.
