As required by our 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) accreditation, I am trying to create an Information Security Awareness quiz to test staff knowledge of our ISMS system. I am using the quiz functionality of assessments. I would like to setup a multi choice question with more than one correct answer. The users should be able to select all correct answers.
I know from the following YouTube video that this is possible but am unable to find how to set it up. (See image below.)
I used a 'Choice' datatype with 2 correct and 2 incorrect answers, but when i preview the quiz I can only select one choice.
Can anyone help with this?
Thanks
Elaine

Only the Choice and Template controls support multiple correct answers.
You can refer to this link to find how to set it up:
Please mark as helpful if this helps solve your query.
Thanks,

Sorry but i posted that over a year ago and cannot remember. ServiceNow eventually admitted the OTTB functionality did not do what we required. However, they have release a new version i believe.

Thanks Elaine.
I've found it here: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/paris-servicenow-platform/page/administer/assessments/concept/c_Quizzes.html
But still I'm struggling to understand how to do it, as it seems not ootb yet.
Thanks a lot for you answer.
