How to Change or Disable Default “Reply-To” in Personal Data Rights Workspace Email

Hi Community, In the Personal Data Rights workspace, when composing an email for a Personal Data Rights request (sn_grc_pdr_request), the Reply-To field is automatically populated with a default value. I need to change or remove this default Reply-To specifically for PDR requests. The goal is to keep this scoped to sn_grc_pdr_request only (if that is a consideration). Has anyone implemented this? Is the best approach to use Email Client Templates or Email Client Configuration for this table? Or is there another recommended method? Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated!

the Reply field gets populated based on what you mention in Email Client Template for your table in Recipients section

You can change it from there

if that field is not on form then check from list view
