How to display the result when the potential risk is closed in the employee center portal.

You can create custom configurations to show the risk records under GRC tasks. From there, the user can assess the records and view the details about the risk.
The customization can be done as below:
1. Go to module: "Tasks Page Configuration"
2. Open the record for "Risk Portal"
3. Create or modify existing configurations to suit your requirements.
