How to make the owning group in the risk record work?

Dear experts,

 

I am facing a problem where when I want to fill in a new risk record, but the owning group fields does not show any owning groups that are available in the system. Why so and how do i make it work as per other records? The picture below shows the page showed when I click the search button for more results.

Did you check any reference qualifier is applied on that group field which is restricting?

Check the dictionary entry

Did you check whether the RisK Owner role granted for the Owning Groups> 

 

Try raising a support case with ServiceNow Team for quicker resolution

 

Where do I go and confirm that?
