How to mark Risk as Transversal Risk?

Hi experts, I think I saw sometime ago in Risk form that we can mark it as transversal but I can no longer find it. Was it plugin required or how? Thanks!

This can be happening because of Plugin,

You have to install (GRC: Risk Management) plugin for that
