Hello everyone,
We are configuring the Home page in Business Continuity Workspace and would like to adjust the “Crisis events overview” card. https://www.servicenow.com/docs/r/governance-risk-compliance/home-page-uib-ws.html
Our goals are:
- to remove some status values that we do not use
- to add an “All” status option, similar to what is available in the “Business impact analysis overview” card
We checked UI Builder, but we were not able to open or edit the necessary component behind this element.
So we would like to ask:
- Is the “Crisis events overview” component configurable?
- Can the displayed statuses be changed or filtered?
- Is it possible to add an “All” status/category?
- If this cannot be done in UI Builder, is there another place where this element is configured, such as:
- component properties
- data resources
- UX app configuration
- a Script Include / API
- Business Continuity plugin configuration
If anyone has experience customising this widget/card, we would be grateful for any guidance.
