How to move updates related to business continuity workspace?

Hi everyone, I do have some requirements to update some components under bcm scopes (For instance, 

GRC: Business Impact Analysis, GRC: Business Continuity Planning, GRC: Business Continuity Management - Core). 

The question I have is: Can I move updates with an update set or I have to move them with the application repository?

You can just use update sets. Just make sure they are in the correct scope (you can batch them together if you have different scopes within the same update).
