We just implement Policys first time. Some Questions i found no information for.
It is around classification of policys and its impact.
What do i mean with classification?
We need to mark each policy as public, internal, confidential and maybe secret and top secret.
Questions:
- HowTo mark it? Cant find any field
- HowTo automaticly change the KB-template behaivor for example different framecolors at the document for different classification
- HowTo make sure that the audience and its access in KB match the classification
Any hint for documentation or samples?

Hi @rabe ,
There is no classification which you can do OOTB.
However, youcan re-use a field called "Policy catagories", where you can define public, internal, confidential as options :
Then, you can create a custom logic that based on the categoty selected, choose the template.
