Importance and Impact Tolerance score card is not showing in Operational Resilience's Service view

Hi all, 

Referencing this video on Operational Resilience and Scenario Analysis, published on Oct 9, 2024. Video showed there is a Importance and Impact Tolerance score card in a Service. I am not able to replicate this in my PDI out-of-box (I am on Xanadu release). Anyone experienced the same issue? 

If this feature is not out-of-box, where can we configure to turn this on?

However to get the Importance and Impact Tolerance score card , you need to perform Assessments , refer t this doc:

Hi Sandeep,

 

I have obtained Importance and Impact Tolerance score and the record is at the Approved state; I also tested on different records, including OOB sample record. I also ran "GRC Profile Generation" just in case. 

None of the above work. I revisited all records, for an unknown reason, only "HR management" is showing a score card. All steps performed were identical. 

Does it have to with any "criteria" that I am not aware of?
