In a PLAN, under the OVERVIEW tab... how are the "Related Exercises" values calculated/retained?

My end-user is trying to create reports based off of information that they are seeing in the BCM module. (For exporting/backup reasons.)
They have identified information in PLANS, under the OVERVIEW tab that they would like to have included in the reports. Specifically, "Total Exercises", "Ongoing Exercises", "Last Exercise Date", and "Last Exercise Result".
They've asked that we provide a table-name for them to use to pull this information, but I'm thinking that this is data that is produces from the Data and Analytics component that comes with the BCM module...
Is there a way to reproduce this information outside of the BCM Workspace?
I've included a screenshot of what I'm talking about. Any help would be appreciated.

am not sure which version of BCM workspace you are using as the BCM Workspace( 5.0.2) (Plugin -GRC: Business Continuity Management - Core) i have is the latest and looks like this :
Coming to the reporting , you can report on the tables along with your conditions on these:
sn_bia_analysis
sn_recovery_event
sn_bcp_plan
