indicator task

Hi everybody
It's ma first question in the community.
I have a control objective that applies to 2 entity. It has an indicator template, manual, percentage.
When tasks are generated, 1 for each entity, i have 2 task but i don't see to which entity the task applies. I had to select the indicator for watching the entity. This increases the number of cliks, it is not convenient.
Any idea ?
Thanks for advance

Stéphane

Hi @stephane guenin ,

Even faced the same as i was not comfortable with so many clicks and end of day i don't see my "Entity" as the indicator task level. So what i did was almost same what you tried already:

Option 1 (Native UI/Next Experience view):

1. Type sn_grc_indicator_task.LIST, this populates the whole indicator task list.

2. Filter with assigned to or anything as per your requirement.

3. In the list view itself , Personalize the view to add "indicator" column.

4. Open the Indicator, you can see the related "Entity" in the record.

Option 2 (Workspace View):

Either you can navigate from Indicator task or you can directly look for the indicator :

Hi @stephane guenin ,

I agree with your post.
I use this practice, but it's not convenient. I would like an answer from Service NOW.
