Installing IRM on Brazil PDI not working

Hi everyone,
I recently updgraded my PDI from Australia to Brazil and then wanted to upgrade the IRM plugins. However i got the following error:

Alert level: critical. • Recommendation template Application Installation blocked

I then tried a fresh Brazil PDI and had the same issue. Anyone else have this problem and found a solution? Already had a look at the Why your install failed in Application Manager... and how to fix it post but that unfortunatley didnt help. Any ideas welcome.

Go to System Applications > All Available Applications > All. Click the Sync Now button at the top right. Wait a few minutes and try the install again.

Thanks for the suggestion. I had tried that on the upgraded PID previously but that didn't work. Unfortunately same result on the fresh PDI as well.
