Hi everyone,
I recently updgraded my PDI from Australia to Brazil and then wanted to upgrade the IRM plugins. However i got the following error:
Alert level: critical. • Recommendation template Application Installation blocked
I then tried a fresh Brazil PDI and had the same issue. Anyone else have this problem and found a solution? Already had a look at the Why your install failed in Application Manager... and how to fix it post but that unfortunatley didnt help. Any ideas welcome.
Thanks.
Alex

Thanks. I installed the dependencies but I still can't get past the Recommendation template issue. It seems that the Recommendation template is now required for each IRM components but since it is blocked for PDIs, you cannot install any of the IRM components. So unfortunately still stuck.
Recommendation template looks to be part of the AI capabilities but not sure why it is now so tightly bundled.

The issue is that the Recommendation template application has a status of "installation blocked". This is seems to be a dependency for all of the GRC plugins.

Can someone from ServiceNow resolve this?
If a plugin is blocked in PDI, I suggest keep it a separate installation.
Thank you

Not sure how you can then review and understand new features that have been released. Sure, I will try and see if I can get it made available on an instance at work but I am not sure I won't run into the same issue. Ultimately, while I get the push for AI, I am not sure making it a depdendency for every single IRM plugin is a great idea. For example, if I only wanted to see the new Issue Management capabilities, I can't do that on a PDI because it won't allow the installation no matter what platform version I am on. Not particularly helpful if you are trying to make sure you provide the right recommendation to clients.
