We are in the process of integrating Archer with ServiceNow for Risk Events[loss events] using the NCW integration.
Q- The Risk Events table in ServiceNow extends from the Task table. Given that task-based tables typically contain a large number of fields (in this case, over 300), could this present any potential performance issues—either during the integration process or afterward in ongoing operations?

Hi @BKash ,
Extending the task table doesn't have any considerable impact on query performance. While there is a minimal increase in query execution when extending the task table, it should not adversely affect the customer experience. Additionally, the performance impact would depend on the type of queries being executed on the tables. We may need to add some indexes if the query execution numbers are unsatisfactory.
To thoroughly analyze the impact, we would need more details on the specific type of integration being discussed. Understanding the nature of the integration will help us better assess the performance implications and provide more accurate insights.
