How is it measured in Subscription Management - I am wondering why it is a capacity type of license. Can anyone enlighten me here. ?

Hi @Jakob Diness ,
This is because IRM licenses can be allocated only to limited set of users. Let’s say your organisation has bought IRM Enterprise subscription then yout would see IRM operator capacity is <1000 and IRM Lite operator capacity is <5000 etc.

Hi Jakob.
From what I have read/ discovered, SN "capacity" subscriptions (such as IRM Operator and Lite Operator) are allocated (calculated) automatically. Unlike "per-user" subscriptions where you can allocate one user to one subscription. From my perspective this is very unfortunate/ confusing/ problematic - especially if you need to limit the allocation to the number purchased. I am still waiting for SN customer support team to explain to me how they calculate this allocation. It has something to do with users accessing IRM tables even though they don't have specific IRM roles assigned to them!
