Issue form redirecting to the previous page while saving.

I made changes to the issue form, and without saving it, I navigated to the policy exception form. After making changes to the policy exception form, I saved the record. Then, I have navigated back to the issue form and tried to save it, but it redirecting to the previous policy exception record, and the issue record was not saved.

Note: Addition comments are required to update the Issue record.

hi @Venkat39 , how are you navigating from issue form to policy exception form ? Platform doesn't allow you to navigate from a form if it has unsaved changes.
