Policies in PDI: Reviewer field is missing

I have a fresh copy of Xanadu for my PDI.  I wanted to play with the Approval rule and created a new Policy.  There is no reviewer field on the form and not found when I use Form Designer.  I cannot move the Policy Out of Draft state, when I submit for review, system error says I need a reviewer.   Anyone have any suggestions or know how to fix this?  Has the reviewer field been removed in Xanadu or is this a bug?

Try repairing the plugin, sometimes components gets missed while installing.
