Policy Exception Approval

I have a policy exception record that is in Awaiting Approval state, and there is an approval rule configured for that which triggered for my record. Now all the approvals are approved but still the record is in Awaiting approval state.
What is the process of moving my policy exception to the Approval state if the Approval rule is configured?

Did you check the Business rule working behind it? I think it will resolve your issue.

I checked there is a flow designer running for approvals on policy exceptions. But as this is an OOTB functionality need to know the condition to move to approved state.
