We have recently upgraded from Vancouver to Xanadu,
Some defects raised by client post upgrade:-
On Risk Response- Acceptance task Additional approvers not following the flow.
-Approvers field was missing on risk acceptance task
-we added risk approvers field on risk acceptance task and tried to add additional approval/modify existing approval on record
-Once we click on Request Approval, default approval only received the approval and modified approval will not receive approval task
-Only default approver is receiving approval
-Activity history also not updating for modified approver
Debugging
We understand that there is one flow running "Risk Response Task Approval Flow"
We tried to test the modified approvers set on approvers field however the flow executions
Also not proceeding for approvers(modified list)
Before this upgrade there was workflow running for risk response task approvals, ServiceNow inactive that workflow
and introduced flow from flow designer
Earlier this functionality was working fine. Now post Xanadu patch upgrade, this functionality has stopped working
I tried to copy existing flow and added approver field-based approvals but still it's not working
Can can anyone know about this issue and solution/work around?

Hi Sujata,
We have modified the approval workflow for risk response tasks, going ahead in the risk response task, by default the risk owner will be the approver.
If the user wishes to configure more levels of approval hierarchy, they can use the Approval configurator functionality to do so.
