"My Policy Reviews" no longer under all Menu

On the Policy form, we have the Reviewer field and the Approver field Separately.

 

I no longer see "My Policy Reviews" in my PDI which is xanadu-07-02-2024__patch4a.  Is this an error in my PDI or was this removed and why?
