Dear community,
We have noticed in our instance, specifically in the Vendor Management Workspace, a new tab called "Workflow" has been added to all type of records.
Does not matter if you open a Due Diligence record or a Third-Party record, this tab is there showing the message below
I've looked in the UI builder and this page is on read only with protection policy, which makes me think that has been added by a plugin, but I could not find which one.
Any hints on what that could be? What plugin or configuration activate that?
