Related List Label Change not reflected in Audit Management Workspace

A client requested to have the name of the "Other Issues" related list on the Engagement Record modified to read "Other Issues / Recommendations". I was able to modify this easily using the List control, and it shows in UI16 perfectly. However, when viewing the same engagement record in Audit Workspace, the related list still shows as "Other Issues". If anyone knows of a secondary place I need to go to modify this language I would appreciate the insight. So far all of my research points to the workspace component using an underlying system name that I don't have any access to. I don't want to create a new relationship with a new name since that breaks the ability for new records to be created from the related list view in Audit Management. I tried that already. If this is truly a system or platform limitation that's fine, I just need to know.

Try these followings:
Navigate to System Definition > Relationships (table: sys_relationship) — different from the List Control you already edited
Find the relationship tied to the Engagement Record table that drives the "Other Issues" related list (check "Applies to table" / "Query" fields to confirm)
Open the relationship record and locate its label field
Update the label to "Other Issues / Recommendations" — don't create a new relationship
Save the record
Clear cache if the change doesn't show immediately (System Diagnostics > Cache, or hard refresh)
Verify in both UI16 and Audit Workspace that the label now matches
Please Accept the solution if it assisted you with your question & Mark this response as Helpful.

Bharat,
Thanks for the quick reply but there is no relationship on that table for this association. Thanks for the suggestion though.
