Related List Record is not Opening - Workspace

Hi Folks ,

 

We are facing an issue on risk workspace when we tried to open the risk assessment record from the risk record its not opening, some weird issue we where facing and its working on other instance. 

 

Please share you inputs and any debugging steps if we can able to resolve it.
