Customer question: "I wanted to reach out and ask if this is something that we would be allowed to do. We want to ensure this doesn’t violate our licensing or contract.
Here’s what we’d like to achieve:
We’d like to give some of our users the report_user role and allow them to see the report_view for the incident table.
To achieve this, we’d need to modify the incident table READ ACL for report_view to include the report_user role (or similar role). "
I believe this will not change licensing but just wanted to double check. Customer does not have any Business Stakeholder licenses.

Hi @Derrall,
What's license model with that customer, If it is itil role based and some of user doesn't have that and adding report_user role to report_view ACL will not count the itil license.
-Thanks,
