Hi I have configured a qualitative rating criteria for my residual risk assessment and enabled heatmap. The x axis is the impact and the Y axis is the likelihood.
This is the heatmap template I want to configure in ServiceNow with the results:
I have managed to configure it in Servicenow see below:
However, if you look at the risks on the right hand side panel the results are wrong. The top risk is colored red with score 10 should be labeled critical but it is labeled as moderate.
I have defined my Qualatitive rating criteria as follows:
Please can someone point me in the right direction.
Thanks

Based on your configuration, a score of 10 should indeed be categorized as "moderate," not "critical."
The score is calculated by multiplying impact by likelihood (Impact*Likelihood), so it’s important to ensure that the qualitative rating criteria align with this calculation.

Hi @Nabilah ,
I don't see an issue here, as per your configuration, the heatmap is showing right results.
As @Satishkumar B mentioned it's depends on impact and likelihood.
