Risk and Control is not deactivating when Entity is getting Inactive.

Risk and Control is not deactivating when Entity is getting Inactive. Can someone please help, what could be the probable reason.

Hi Arnuad, This Business rule is already running. When i am making the Entity Inactive and saving the entity record, the message shows as well.

Check the properties of Policy and Compliance Management :

Check that this business rule is active and in a default configuration "Update control when moved from retired"

This business rule 'Update control when moved from retired' is active and is last updated by admin only. nothing is changed from our side in this.

Hi Arnaud, The Business rule is active and no customization is done. When we are making Entity Inactive we are even getting this message. But Risk and Control is not getting inactive.
