Risk assessment Related list is not visible on risk form

Risk assessment Related list is not visible on risk form even though it is configured in form layout.
I already search:

1) Checked showrelatedList or hideRelatedList method in UI policy and client script
2) checked if there is any system property associated with risk form
3) checked in the list control if "omit if empty" is uncheck.

But could not find the solution.

Did anyone faced this issue?

But there is a OOB "Risk Assessment" Related list which should be visible if it configured.

I did not see any OOB "Risk Assessments" related list, but instead if we can bring "Assessment Instances" related list on Risk form then you can see associated Risk Assessments (please refer below snapshot).

The Risk Assessment related list will be hidden unless advanced risk is enabled. This is controlled via the client script 'Show/Hide advanced risk content' (refer to the screenshot below).
