Hi,
I'm trying to create a questionnaire to be started whenever a "business application" type entity is created in the GRC module.
I started by creating a "Risk Identification Questionnaire"
that was associated with a Risk Identification Configuration,
and generated a risk identification per entity, however no option is shown to proceed, as visible in the next image:
Risk Identification
Does anyone know what might be missing?
Thanks in advance

Hi @Community Alums, thanks for your quick answer.
After impersonate, the standard filter excludes records that do not have an associated risk, as is visible in the following image and does not show any type of record:
However it is visible that the record was created:
It looks like there are configuration issues.
When I log in, I can now see the "Initiate Questionnaire" button, however when I click on it the page expands and then collapses, leaving me with no option:

Hello,
Please make sure the assessment metric definition conditions match to the entity that is being identified. These conditions have to be set on the metric type AND the metric category. Once set, try and generate assessable records and there will be a record to use for the information gathering step for the identification process. See image attached for more context and where the conditions are set.
The condition field being cut short width wise looks a little wonky and hopefully it can be fixed in a future release.
Hope this helps and let me know if you encounter any more issues,
