I am working on importing 250 some citations. I created the import excel spread sheet, copy the information in using destination formatting, previews look right, yet when I execute the import there is a yellow banner at the top of the screen stating "running transactions: number seconds (counting up)" that never ends. I have let it run 20 minutes for 10 records, canceled it and found only the first 3 records were loaded into the system.
I have tested for even just one record and after letting it run for five minutes I cancel and the record was there.
Any suggestions of how many records I should load at a time and how long to let it run before canceling it?
