Set Assessment Template - Privacy Management

Hi Everyone,

 

I need some help regarding Smart Assessments in ServiceNow Privacy Management.

 

I have configured a customised Smart Assessment for Privacy Impact Assessment. My requirement is that this customised assessment should appear on the Processing Activity record when users click on "Initiate Privacy Assessment”

 

Currently, only the OOTB template is appearing there.

 

Could someone please help me understand

 

What configuration or mapping needs to be changed so that my customised Smart Assessment appears instead of the OOTB one?

Is there any specific table/property/relationship where the assessment template is linked?

Can the OOTB Privacy Impact Assessment template be safely deactivated or replaced?

Hi @ujjwalababa 
In the Assessment metric type table, there is a classification field. You need to select Privacy Impact Assessment for it to be visible. If it isn’t, please check the field and review the reference qualifier according to the conditions relevant to your record. If you are unable to resolve this, kindly share screenshots of the configuration, which will make it easier to assist you.
