The impact duration of a scenario event and the impact duration of a response record

When a participant is linked to a scenario event, a response record is created. Then the participant can enter the impact period of the target business service when the scenario event occurs, but what is the difference from the impact duration of the scenario event?

Also, does the impact duration entered by the participant affect the scenario analysis?
We would like to know what actors are involved in these operations and who is responsible for entering response records and scenario events.

Hi Ohki_Yamamoto1,

Scenario Events can be added to the analysis.

Services can be added to the services.

Once done, the manager can add multiple scenarios to a service or multiple services to a scenario.

For example a service can be related to 5 scenarios.

If each scenario is identified to have an impact of 1 hour, the service is updated with a downtime of 5 hours.

The impact entered by the participants is for reference / aggregating the responses by the coordinator. The final value is entered by the coordinator.

The coordinator (who aggregates the individual participant responses) is an operational resilience manager and participants (who can provide their individual responses) are operational resilience users.

Thanks,
Aswin
