There's an issue with the community showing images. Can you attach to your question, so we can see what's wrong?

The following questionnaire(s) or document request(s) are not associated to any risk scoring rule and will not have an impact on the score"

Hi, We have encountered the same error. What could be the reason of the error? Does anyone have resolution to this? TIA

The displayed message is an info message, not an error. Its purpose is to clarify why certain responses do not impact the final risk score.

The assessment will still proceed as expected; however, some items will not contribute to the calculated risk score. This is designed to avoid confusion later when users wonder why specific responses did not affect the vendor’s risk rating.

What should you do?

  • Keep them anyway
If you need the information for other purposes (e.g., compliance, reporting, due diligence), retain the questionnaires. They will still be sent, and responses collected—just not scored.
  • Update the Risk Scoring Rule
If these risk areas should influence the score, collaborate with your VRM administrator to update the applicable risk scoring rule to include those areas.
  • Remove them
If the questionnaires are unnecessary and will not be scored, consider removing them from the assessment to reduce vendor burden.
  •  Change the Risk Area Definition
If the questionnaire was tagged with the wrong risk area, update it to align with a risk area included in your scoring rule.
