Unable to attach any documents for a questionnaire from vendor portal

Upgraded TPRM product to 22.0.2 ver. and enabled Smart Assessment Engine (SAE) property for TPRM.

I then created a new assessment by attaching the SAE related questionnaire template and submitted to third-party. When I impersonated as the vendor contact and navigate to the Questionnaire, I can answer the question that has a choice drop down, but for a question that has attachment data type, the section just keeps on spinning.

Hi @learner17 

 

  • Verify ACLs on your vendor specific table (like sn_vdr_risk_asmt tables).
  • check your instance's Error Logs (System Logs > Errors) to capture exact error
